Nataliia's journey as a yogi started with meditation practice in 2016, which completely changed her life. In Berlin, she discovered Jivamukti Yoga and immediately felt a deep connection to it. After five years of dedicated practice, Nataliia completed her first 75-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in Berlin, followed by a 300-hour training in India at the serene Ashram of Radhanath Swami near Mumbai.
Nataliia loves how Jivamukti Yoga integrates ancient philosophy into a modern, urban lifestyle. The five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga, which you can find in every class, serve as an entrance into a thousands-of-years-old philosophy. They are Ahimsa (Non-violence), Dhyana (Meditation), Nada (Sound), Shastra (Scripture), and Bhakti (Devotion). In Nataliia’s classes, she emphasizes that yoga is more than just asanas. It is a transformative path towards enlightenment, enabling everyone to cultivate compassion for all living beings and explore their inner world, embracing every emotion, feeling, and state of consciousness. Ultimately, yoga empowers us to unlock our limitless potential.
It's important to Nataliia to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can find grounding and experience their unique journey of self-discovery. Through her classes, Nataliia emphasizes the deep interconnectedness of all things, inspiring each student to recognize the impact they have with every action they take.
