WHAT IS BUDOKON?
Budokon: BU- ‘warrior’, -DO- ‘way’, -KON ‘spirit’ can be translated as “the way of the warrior’s spirit”. In the center of Budokon lies the physical, mental and emotional development of each practitioner. Through its 6 pillars, Budokon successfully combines the key elements for well-being and a fulfilled life. The six key pillars of Budokon are movement, nutrition, emotions, thoughts, relationships and environment.

Henry has been extremely fortunate to train under the system and learn directly from the Budokon founders, Cameron & Melayne Shayne. Henry now acts as a global Budokon ambassador, sharing the work through personal training, workshops, training camps, retreats, and online.
