As a kid, I always loved movement and any form of bodily expression, like dancing or acrobatics. There was something about being present in my body, reconnecting with myself through movement in different forms. When I finally discovered Yoga while studying in Paris, I was quickly drawn into a regular Asana practice, reconnecting to the strength and sensations of my body and recentering my mind when life in the city became a bit too crazy. And ultimately, Yoga turned out to be much more than a physical practice - a way to create a sense of calm in my body, mind, and soul, through mindful movements, meditation, and breathwork.

I continued to fall in love with Yoga as I left to travel for a while, practicing in many different countries and studying with wonderful teachers, including Bess Prescott, Tahl Rinsky, Rose Baudin, Dena Kingsberg, Carlos Pomeda, and Steph Cusack.

In 2019, I finished my first 200-hour Vinyasa Hatha Training in Bali & have since completed a Breathwork certification, another 200-hour training with Creature Yoga in Byron Bay, and am currently working towards their 500-hour certification.

My classes:

I am passionate about the mind-body connection. In my accessible breath-focused Vinyasa flows, I offer the opportunity to turn your focus inward and connect with yourself.

A blend of intuitive movements through accessible yet strengthening flows and quieter, nourishing moments of warmth, softness, and soul-infused stillness.

Slow and conscious, strong and controlled movements, the attention resting on the breath, coming together in flow. A supportive, welcoming space to explore your own practice, discover your unique sense of wellbeing, and meet yourself on the mat.

My classes are in English, all levels are welcome - let's flow and breathe together!
