My Yoga Journey

I discovered Yoga in 2014. Being on the mat was the only time where I could go out of my head but into my body and heart after a tough break up. What a miracle - I was instantly hooked! Since then, I discovered different styles of yoga and finally completed my Yoga teacher training in Thailand. Initially, I started the training to dive deeper into the Yoga praxis but quickly I realised how much I enjoy to teach and share my experience that helps me to reconnect with myself, find peace, stability, courage and trust - everyday and especially in the challenging parts of life.

My Classes

One of the most important principles for me is that Yoga is for everyone - my classes are made for all levels and new joiners are more than welcome! Even after practicing yoga for years I still discover new elements in the most „basic“ asanas. To make my classes accessible for international students I teach in English.

In my Slow Flow classes on Wednesday evening I like to create a space to connect with yourself. Including physically demanding elements you will also find moments of stillness, time to listen to yourself and calm down your nervous system: I love to discover the sweet spot between strength and softness, movement and stillness, focus and openness together with you.
