To put it simply, I just love making people feel good. Whether that's through yoga, massage, dancing or being an impish idiot. Six years ago I was a little perplexed by yoga. I thought you had to be a tree-hugging moon worshiper or contortionist to take part. After finding the courage to go to a class, realising that yoga truly is for everyone, and finding a teacher I connected with, I was hooked. Having experienced a breath of new life when I found the right yoga for me, I am determined to help others find their own unique path to inner peace and self-awareness, with a fun and light-hearted approach. So, I quit my busy corporate life to complete a Yoga Alliance 200hr TT and have never looked back (yes, a true stereotype!)

Classes:

Being from a dance background, I have a passion for producing creative and dynamic flows and sequences, for all levels. My vinyasa classes have subtle interwoven themes and combine mindful asana practice, pranayama and meditation. My goal as a yoga teacher is for my students to leave class feeling empowered in their bodies, peaceful in their minds, and free and playful in their spirits.
